This newly remodeled furnished rental has a very spacious feel with the 11 foot ceilings with beautiful brick wall spanning almost the entire unit. All the Furniture is new. New allure oak hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment.
The living room has a new 60" LED T.V. mounted to the wall with a Sony Blu Ray player, Sony Surround sound speakers mounted around the room, and a Sony amplifier you can hook up your iPod or listen to the radio. Cable has over 260 channels including HBO and Showtime and the Wifi was recently upgraded to 150mbps of download speed.
The Blu Ray player has smart hub so you can stream movies on your Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime account and much more with all the aps.

Large, plush, comfortable couch you can sink into, and lose yourself for hours (large enough you can sleep any guests you have over). Bright recessed lighting show of the artwork around the walls, and the unique fun decor. There is a private patio off the living room with patio furniture to relax and enjoy the evening air.

The kitchen has concrete countertops with an extendable faucet, mosaic tile, new custom alder cabinets and open wall shelves filled with all the kitchen necessities one needs from cookbooks, to a coffee maker. Bright under cabinet lighting to light up the countertops for an exciting time cooking in the kitchen. New high grade appliances including a five burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Fridge with ice-maker. There's space out back to barbecue with friends.

Front Bedroom is well lit with large windows to let in the sunshine, a ceiling fan to keep the air moving and bedside lamps. There are modern curtains which hang from the large windows for privacy. Queen size bed with novaform mattress for a wonderful night’s sleep. Linens will include sheets, blankets and pillows. Closet has a ton of storage space with dual racks.

Back bedroom is set up as an office / guest room the couch pulls out to make a full/double bed . We have a novaform mattress topper and extra linens in the closet and under the longer part of the couch. Floating wall shelves and lamps on the bookshelf, and desk. It is the perfect place to study, or get business done. The closet has modern closet doors and dual racks.

The bathroom has Dual sinks with beautiful Granite counter-tops, and a large mirror. New deep soaker tub for relaxing baths, modern glass tiles surround the bathroom, and a large wall cabinet that stores the towels and a hamper. New faucets, and plumbing lines for good pressure and less problems.

We are right smack in the middle of everything, from the UofU, Downtown, Trolley Square, and parks. This location truly has it all. Downtown has the new City Creek mall, with great shops, great eating, and an amazing Gym. Gateway Mall has a Megaplex Theater with IMaX. Temple Square and the convention center are just down the street. University of Utah Campus is just 7 blocks east and you have to try The PIE Pizza Eatery. One block away on 4th Ave is Trax, the new light rail, public transportation system. 4th also offers many choices of places to grab a bite to eat, and an award winning Library. Liberty park is a few blocks past 4th, it is a great place to jog, and it has a large city pool. Park City and all the fun it has to offer is only 45 minutes through the Canyon. Park City is a must see destination in the United States. Ski, mountain bike, and Snowboard at Brighton, SnowBird, The Canyons, and Solitude. They are all within 30 to 50 minutes depending on conditions.
The airport is 15 minutes to the West. Quick and Convenient, Trax will be able to pick you up and drop you off with in 1 block of the property. Trax to the UofU only takes minutes.

Kitchen is stocked with all the normal kitchen appliances. Toaster, blender, coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with everything you need to make great meals for friends and families. including: many different seasonings, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, spatulas, and so much more....
Please help your self, we have stocked the kitchen with a few bags of coffee types for your enjoyment.

The Neighborhood has many Restaurants, Grocery stores, and shops. A convenience store is at the end of the street and there are 5 Grocery stores with in a 6-7 block radius. Village In is 1 block away and a great 24 hour Restaurant with free wifi.

Make sure to lock all doors behind you when you leave! No smoking allowed inside the apartment,or there will be a deduction from your deposit. If you need to move furniture or decorations around, Please return them where they originally were place. No Pets or Visiting pets!  unless approved by management. Please turn the T.V. and Air Conditioning OFF, when you leave the apartment. Be respectful of neighbors, No parties, Keep the noise/ music to Respectful levels from10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m., and No smoking of any kind! Please contact us if there is any problems or questions. 937 East 300 South Salt lake City, UT. 84102 Unit#3 Please put the address in to google and you will find the front of the building easily. If you want to park in front that is fine, but there are parking spaces behind the building if you want to park closer to the door. From the front of the building go up to 1000 East and turn left, got to 200 South and turn left again. Half way down the street you will see an area to do a U-turn which will take you to Pennsylvania Ave. Turn right. You will follow Pennsylvania almost until the end until you see a turn on your right where you will see two posts on each side. Pull in there and go all the way to the far back behind our building. You are welcome to park there.

I needed to travel to Salt Lake City for work and I had the pleasure of spending most of September in Derick's New York Style Apartment. The apartments décor is superb! It is comfortable, classy and fun, the New York theme looks as though it was professionally done and created for a magazine article. Many nights we stayed in and enjoyed all the comforts of home, cooked meals in the well stocked kitchen and relaxed watching TV on the state of the art entertainment system in the living room . The neighborhood is quite and secure, conveniently located near public transportation, the University and just a short drive from downtown SLC. Derick is an attentive host who is clearly dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Towards the end of my planned stay, I learned my job was going to continue into November and Derick made quick arrangements to allow me to extend my reservation. I feel very lucky to have found Derick's apartment and will recommend it to anyone who has the pleasure of visiting beautiful SLC!!
